3. Cancellations and Rescheduling: Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointments up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

5. Liability: AutoGleam is not responsible for any damages or losses that occur during the detailing process unless caused by our negligence. Clients are encouraged to remove personal items from their vehicles prior to service.
